...............My office desk is quiet big and clean. My desk is connected with two desks side by side. There are usually only a few things on it except when I am very busy. If you sit down, you'll see the computer monitor. There is also a keyboard in front of the monitor. Next to that there are a telephone, a pencil case and a mirror in the right corner. There is a mouse on the pad in front of them. The main body is the left of the monitor and a calendar is on top of it. In front of that there is my weekly diary. There are printers which are connected to only my computer next to a main body on a smaller desk. Lastly, my name card is attached on top of the partition between my neighbor's place and mine. Tha's all I have on my desk. It's so simple but useful.

I know your job and I also know that you're not often at your desk. So, it's simple and tidy. I wish I had the time to organize my desk and files so it looked neater, but I don't. I envy those who are organized, or at least look like they're organized.
ReplyDeleteActually, there isn't my own desk in my office. We have five desks for 10 persons. One of them is just for head person of department. We share other four desks according to schedule. But it isn't so bad.^^
